Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to join our team in Malappuram, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, or Wayanad. This is a full-time, senior-level position where the successful candidate will need to bring 7 to 10 years of proven experience in finance management, specifically within the hospitality sector. The role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis and budgeting.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis (Mandatory skill), crucial for guiding critical business decisions.
  • Proficiency in budgeting (Mandatory skill), to ensure effective allocation of resources and control of financial plans.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, enabling the preparation of long-term financial performance predictions.
  • Strong knowledge in risk management, essential to identify, assess, and prioritize risks to minimize impact.
  • Competence in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and the accuracy of financial information.
  • Adept at managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel to align with business objectives.
  • Proficient in managing cash flow, critical for maintaining the financial stability of hotel operations.
  • Skillful in keeping accurate records of hotel accounts, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial documentation.
