The Finance Manager oversees the financial and administrative operations of the Singapore entity. This role is responsible for leading a Philippines-based finance team, ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (SFRS/IFRS), and driving digital transformation through system migrations and process automation.

Reports into CFO (Based in Singapore).

• Team Leadership: Manage and coach the Philippines-based Finance Operations team, overseeing AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to SFRS, IFRS, GST, and tax regulations; manage statutory audits and regulatory filings.
• Financial Management: Maintain the full set of accounts for the Singapore entity and oversee treasury and cash flow management.
