Job Description We are looking for a capable Finance Manager to manage and streamline the financial operations of our growing e-commerce company. The role involves overseeing the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting management with financial insights. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities handled by the accounts team. Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, AP/AR tracking, invoice creation, approval, verification, and timely entry. Review financial reports, MIS, budgets, and analysis prepared by the Financial Analyst. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory financial requirements. Monitor financial performance, expenses, and operational metrics; recommend improvements. Coordinate with internal departments for seller payments, platform transactions, and financial approvals.
