- Manage finance planning and performance management activities and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual planning/forecasting activities, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support.
- Partner with business, operations and functional leaders to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions.
- Drive for harmonization, efficiency and improvements on ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
- Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, providing timely, value-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Explain variances and identify their root causes. Recommend corrective actions where necessary.
