This is a full-time, on-site position based in Monterrey, Nuevo LeΓ³n, for a FP&A Director . The role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, budget development, and forecasting activities, while overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.
The Finance Director will play a key role in managing cash flow , supporting contract-based services operations , and ensuring accurate financial treatment of service revenues and costs in environments where technicians are deployed to resolve customer issues under service contracts. The position also involves identifying cost-optimization opportunities, driving financial performance management, and supporting executive leadership through clear, data-driven financial insights aligned with business strategy.
Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management
Solid knowledge of US GAAP , including revenue and cost recognition for services and contract-based operations
Experience in data analysis and development of financial and operational performance metrics
Proven leadership, team management, and strategic thinking capabilities
High proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
