About the Client :

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate closely with accounts payable teams and finance controllers to optimize vendor payments, invoice verification, and cash flow forecasting for supply chain vendors.
- Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes, including collections, payments, dispute resolution, and reconciliation to minimize DSO/DPO and ensure compliance.
- Draft and present comprehensive MIS reports on supply chain KPIs, such as cost savings, inventory turns, and financial variances, using data analytics tools.
- Serve as primary liaison with internal and external auditors: coordinate audit schedules, prepare and furnish supply chain finance documentation (invoices, reconciliations, working capital reports), respond to audit queries, facilitate site visits to warehouses, and implement audit findings to strengthen internal controls.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Audit is must.
- Optimize working capital through receivables/payables cycle management, liquidity forecasting, and strategic financing initiatives.
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash pooling, banking reconciliations, forex management, and relationship banking to support business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain finance, preferably in logistics/3 PL environments with multi-warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated success in AR/AP oversight, MIS reporting, working capital optimization, treasury, and banking operations in a managerial capacity.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-volume settings like ecommerce fulfillment.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally), Excel/Power BI for financial modeling, dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting, risk assessment, and process automation in supply chain contexts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, team leadership, and clear communication of financial insights to senior leadership.
