A leading innovative technology startup is looking for a Finance Manager who can independently manage the entire finance, accounts, and compliance function of the organization. The candidate should be capable of owning the department end-to-end and providing strong financial control, reporting, and analysis.

Deisgnation: Finance Manager

Location : Mysore

Roles & Responsibility:

Finance & Accounting

• End-to-end management of accounts, finance, and reporting
• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Preparation and analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure strong internal financial controls

Compliance & Statutory

• Complete responsibility for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
• Timely filing of returns and handling notices
• Coordination with auditors, consultants, and authorities
• Ensure 100% statutory and regulatory compliance

Team & Department Management

• Assign work, review outputs, and ensure accuracy
• Process improvement and SOP implementation for the finance department

Business & Management Support

• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
• Cost control, expense monitoring, and profitability improvement
• Support leadership with financial analysis and MIS reports
• Take complete ownership of the finance department operations

Role Requirement :

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and compliances
• Hands-on experience with P&L, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Candidate

• CA with corporate finance experience
• Someone who can independently run the finance department
• Experience in handling growing or multi-entity businesses is a plus

Education : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 5–8 years of relevant experience

Working days : Monday to Saturday
