Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business support for our luxury retail apparel operations. The role requires strong exposure to retail finance, controls, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, monthly/quarterly/year-end closures
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital management
• Handle direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS, income tax) and statutory compliances
• Coordinate audits (statutory, tax, internal) and ensure timely closure
• Support business decisions through financial analysis and MIS reporting
• Monitor inventory accounting, margin analysis, and retail cost controls
• Work closely with operations, merchandising, and leadership teams

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in retail/apparel/luxury)
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
