Your Role in the Story

As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across our hotels. You’ll supervise and execute daily accounting operations, work on hands-on payroll, safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with LUURA, Ennismore, USALI, and Greek GAAP standards. This is a hands-on, operationally-focused role that supports the Director of Finance and ensures smooth financial management for the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other reports as directed by the Director of Finance.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, income statements, and other financial reports on a monthly basis.
• Control and reconcile all bank accounts, the general cashier, and other ledger accounts daily and monthly.
