Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a local manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager / Group Reporting Manager to support the Group Finance Director and oversee the finance operations for their group entities. This is a key role within a growing group, offering genuine impact, autonomy and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the finance function for the legal entities and the group.
  • Lead and review month-end processes and prepare monthly reporting packs
  • Produce consolidated financial reporting.
  • Provide commentary, performance analysis and insight across the Group
  • Monitor and forecast Group cashflow
  • Review working capital movements and drive improvements
  • Coordinate annual budgets and half-year forecasting cycles
  • Act as the main contact for the year-end audit, preparing analysis and key deliverables
