We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations within a high-volume supply chain and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable, optimize working capital, and support strategic financial decision-making to drive efficiency across multi-warehouse operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with accounts payable teams and finance controllers to streamline vendor payments, invoice verification, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes , including collections, payments, dispute resolution, and reconciliation to minimize DSO/DPO while ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports on supply chain financial KPIs, including cost savings, inventory turns, and financial variances using data analytics tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, coordinating schedules, providing documentation, responding to queries, and implementing audit findings to strengthen internal controls.
  • Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables/payables cycles, liquidity forecasting, and strategic financing initiatives.
  • Oversee treasury functions , including cash pooling, banking reconciliations, forex management, and relationship banking to support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain finance, preferably in logistics, 3PL, or multi-warehouse operations.
  • Proven expertise in AR/AP management, MIS reporting, working capital optimization, treasury, and banking operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as e-commerce fulfillment centers.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally), Excel, and Power BI for financial modeling, dashboards, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills for budgeting, risk assessment, and process automation in supply chain contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management , team leadership, and reporting financial insights to senior leadership.
