WorkSec is growing fast, and we’re bringing our finance function in‑house. If you’re an experienced accounts professional who loves clean reconciliations, takes ownership and enjoys helping customers when they need clarity, this is a chance to step into a trusted, high‑impact role in a supportive team.

This role is especially well‑suited to someone with an accounting/bookkeeping background who wants flexibility (including those re‑entering the workforce) without compromising on meaningful work or responsibility.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a capable Finance Officer to take ownership of our day‑to‑day finance operations and our customer‑facing accounts processes.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, and you’ll be the internal go‑to person who keeps the engine running: reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, reporting rhythms, and customer account support – done properly, on time, with confidence.
