Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support to senior finance leaders, including calendar coordination, travel planning, and meeting logistics Assist with documentation for bank account setup and credit underwriting, including KYC forms and due diligence materials Track audit and tax engagement fees, review invoices from CPA firms, and coordinate payments with external partners File annual personal property tax returns, monitor assessments, and manage invoice payments Create and maintain organizational tools and trackers to improve workflow efficiency across the finance team Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in task tracking tools and document management systems Qualifications: A minimum of 4 of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within finance or legal operations Bachelor's degree preferred; a Paralegal certificate may be considered in lieu of a degree Familiarity with legal and real estate terminology is a plus Willingness to obtain a California Notary Public commission Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion REF 50943 LI-DD1
