Role Overview

We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator with solid Odoo experience to support day-to-day operations and provide direct coordination support to the CEO. This role ensures financial readiness, task follow-up, CRM visibility, and disciplined meeting coordination in a small, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Odoo Coordination

  • Prepare and update accounting records in Odoo before accountant review
  • Organize and verify invoices, expenses, delivery notes, and POs
  • Follow up on missing financial documents and maintain basic trackers
  • Act as the link between operations and finance to keep data accurate and timely

Operations, Tasks & Reporting

  • Collect daily/weekly updates and track tasks in Microsoft Planner
  • Monitor deadlines, delayed items, and follow up until closure
  • Keep a clear overview of ongoing activities and priorities

CRM, Meetings & Executive Support

  • Update selected CRM data and generate simple activity/delay reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings; take notes and track action items
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, advise on availability, and help prioritize meetings
  • Prepare brief summaries, task lists, and simple internal documents as needed

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance/operations coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo (accounting and/or CRM modules)
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Good written and spoken English
