What you'll do
Invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
Payroll, and vendor payouts lifecycle
Contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
CRM and accounting data maintenance
Employee admin — offer letters, leaves, reimbursements
Vendor management and software subscription renewals
Coordination with external CA for filings and compliance
Must-Haves
B.Com/M.Com or MBA or similar role. (Finance/Ops)
1+ years in a startup / mid sized org where you were the key ops person
Strong Excel — pivot tables, lookups, building trackers from scratch, not just filling templates
Worked with any invoicing/accounting tool — Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, anything
Comfortable making finance related connects to clients
Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Good-to-Haves
Working knowledge of GST/TDS for businesses
Exposure to contract staffing compliance (PF, ESIC basics)
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho pref...
