What you'll do

  • Invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
  • Payroll, and vendor payouts lifecycle
  • Contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
  • CRM and accounting data maintenance
  • Employee admin — offer letters, leaves, reimbursements
  • Vendor management and software subscription renewals
  • Coordination with external CA for filings and compliance


Must-Haves

  • B.Com/M.Com or MBA or similar role. (Finance/Ops)
  • 1+ years in a startup / mid sized org where you were the key ops person
  • Strong Excel — pivot tables, lookups, building trackers from scratch, not just filling templates
  • Worked with any invoicing/accounting tool — Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, anything
  • Comfortable making finance related connects to clients
  • Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple parallel workstreams
