Finance Operations Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead large R2R team in areas of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation. Balance month end, quarter end year end – preparation, be responsible for smooth execution & ensure books are closed on time, groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed retention targets.
• Lead the delivery of outsourced services F&A : R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
• Sound knowledge in the R2R aspects like Inter-co accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Bank and balance sheet recons, Month end close aspects, Accruals, amortizations, financials submission in Fin. Reporting systems etc.
