Responsibilities
Own day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Implement and optimize financial workflows, controls, and reporting structures in line with industry best practices and compliance policy.
Liaise with cross-functional departments including Sales, Legal, HR, and Business Operations to support commercial execution.
Manage and optimize finance-related systems, with a strong preference for prior experience in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) environments.
Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and improve reporting timelines.
Coordinate with VP of Finance, Tech team and external vendors to support ongoing enhancements and integrations.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual operational finance closing and reports for senior leadership.
