Lead and manage regional O2C operations, including Accounts Receivable and Credit Management activities.

• ▪Establish and Lead the O2C team and operations across all Continental Tyre Malaysia entities in a KPI driven shared service centre environment
• ▪Drive process improvement initiatives across O2C functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with focus on improvements in working capital of the companies.
• ▪Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• ▪Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
• ▪Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• ▪Support cross-functional projects and provide financial insights to business partners.
• ▪Review contract in Legal Management System.
