Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business transformation projects across multiple client portfolios.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and execute service delivery strategies.

  • Implement continuous improvement plans to meet SLAs and performance targets.

  • Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with governance standards.

  • Coach and mentor 1–2 team members while functioning as an individual contributor.

  • Support sales opportunities and solution delivery leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities.
