Finance Project Control Coe (Level 6)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review AR detail estimates prior to project submittal to verify correct account classifications
- Build and manage approved project detail in SAP spending area at the line-item level
- Analyze and process project related documents (shopping carts, field orders, etc.)
- Build Work Breakdown Structure in SAP within project budget and initiate fund transfers
- Verify account breakdown structure is accurate between capital and expense accounts
- Review and approve Construction Invoices, Sworn Statement and Waiver of Lien in adherence to the Construction General Terms and Conditions contract
- Review Forecast Database to ensure both forecast accuracy and actual Work Complete
- Responsible for monthly accrual journal entry to finance
- Serve as Single Point of Contact for project manager & coordination with financial, purchasing & contractors
