Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor project budgets;
    analyze variances and address cost overruns.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS, and project-specific reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies;
    support audits.
  • Manage cash flow, payments, and liquidity for ongoing projects.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee corporate tax planning, filing, and vendor/subcontractor contract finances.
  • Recommend process improvements in accounting systems and internal controls.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
