Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager

Key responsibilities include:
+ Acting as functional owner of the Sales Data Warehouse system, an Oracle/ Snowflake database holding the majority of Elsevier’s sales data, overseeing the change requests and any incidents on the application
+ Leading and developing a team of 4 indirect reports based in Manila
+ Collaborating with the business to gather requirements and designed tailored reporting and analytics solutions
+ Building, maintaining, and enhancing a portfolio of Tableau dashboards to support sales and revenue insights.
+ Delivering critical global reports such as “Revenue by Persona” and “Revenue by Destination”
+ Managing the monthly actuals load into the EPM Oracle Cloud Fusion Forecasting system.
+ Overseeing the annual rollover process, updating product hierarchy, customer hierarchies and FX rates.
+ Developing and communicating the strategic vision for finance systems and supporting technology.
