As administrative support on our finance department you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as agenda management, scheduling of meetings, arrange transport and facility management.

  • Management of stock and ordering stationery

  • Responsible for facility management of the Finance Department

  • Being in contact with the in-house maintenance service

  • Manage the agenda's and schedule meetings ( meeting rooms, check IT materials, …)

  • Travel arrangement

  • Arrange transport (taxi,...)

  • Handling incoming and outcoming mail , for ex. pick up and deposit mail, draw up mails, filing them
