Summary
As administrative support on our finance department you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as agenda management, scheduling of meetings, arrange transport and facility management.
Answer and forward phone calls
Management of stock and ordering stationery
Responsible for facility management of the Finance Department
Being in contact with the in-house maintenance service
Manage the agenda's and schedule meetings ( meeting rooms, check IT materials, …)
Travel arrangement
Arrange transport (taxi,...)
Handling incoming and outcoming mail , for ex. pick up and deposit mail, draw up mails, filing them
Handling the documents which needs to be signed
