Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reconciliations
  • Process disbursements and ensure timely payments
  • Handle liquidations and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
  • Experience in a multinational or BPO environment is a plus
