Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reconciliations
- Process disbursements and ensure timely payments
- Handle liquidations and reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
- Experience in a multinational or BPO environment is a plus
