We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead our Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes for LATAM operations. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, drives process standardization, and supports regional and corporate initiatives. Supervise and ensure accurate execution of Fixed Asset and Intercompany accounting processes for LATAM.
Oversee reconciliations, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs.
Lead process improvement initiatives and support automation projects.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
Prepare strategic reports and present financial analysis to regional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
