Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Team Lead to join our core team at Paradyes, Ahmedabad Office. This is a high-ownership role that goes beyond just numbers, it’s about building financial clarity, driving strategy, and enabling scale.
You’ll lead day-to-day accounting and finance ops while working closely with the founder to shape the company’s financial roadmap. What you’ll own:
- Oversee all financial operations - accounting, reconciliations, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements: P&L, cash flow, working capital reports.
- Lead and guide a finance team of 3–5 members, ensuring data accuracy and clean books.
- Build and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Drive gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or blind spots in financial processes....
