Finance Transformation Manager

• Drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping clients revisit operating strategy, streamline processes and boost analytical capabilities.
• Work with engagements that include operating model assessment, design and deployment, global transformation program management, process reengineering and digitalization; define enterprise performance management models.
• Collaborate with clients from envisioning and conceptualization of target models to actual implementation; support their journey and contribute to effective business transformation across processes, organization, technology, governance and management models.
• Advise top-level companies to shape and steer finance transformation strategies, ensuring successful execution and maximizing value as a Consulting Manager.
• Lead and oversee project delivery in client engagements, guide and supervise a multidisciplinary, high-performing team, and manage day-to-day client relations to ensure quality, timeliness and satisfaction.
• Contribute to practice development by helping create new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions is valuable.
• Prior experience in leadership roles, commanding high-performing teams through strategic projects.
• Sound knowledge of market-leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, ServiceNow) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, Process Mining) is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Strong understanding of finance and back-office processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.).
• Deep understanding of finance concepts and business performance metrics and their impact on Financial Statements.
• A quality-driven professional with accuracy and attention to detail; collaborative attitude and experience working remotely with multidisciplinary teams across countries.
