We're Hiring: Financial Accountant
Visakhapatnam | US-based VC Firm
Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹4 LPA+ (minimum)
Unity Growth Fund is an emerging venture capital firm headquartered in Washington DC, investing in cutting-edge technology companies across AI, enterprise software, and frontier tech. Our portfolio includes companies such as SpaceX, Databricks, Stripe, Anthropic, Figure AI, Cerebras (IPO), and Robinhood (IPO).
We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support our growing global finance operations from India.
What You'll Do
- Manage fund accounting: GLs, journals, financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Support US tax compliance (1065, K-1, coordination with auditors)
- Handle Indian payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, payslips, filings)
- Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian regulations
