Contract role - Financial Accountant role until December 2026 £60K

Hybrid - 2 days onsite and 3 at home as a minimum requirement

Location: Thame

Salary: £60K

Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting, ensuring all local and group reporting deadlines are met.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports.
  • Liaise with group accounting teams, addressing queries and ensuring accurate accounting treatment of non-recurring transactions.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and submit quarterly VAT returns and associated VAT reporting for the VAT group.
  • Coordinate and provide information to internal and external auditors during quarterly, interim, and year-end audits, including active support in statutory accounts preparation.
