We’re Hiring: Financial Accountant
Visakhapatnam | US-based VC Firm
⏰ Work Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹4 LPA+ (minimum)
Unity Growth Fund is an emerging venture capital firm headquartered in Washington DC , investing in cutting-edge technology companies across AI, enterprise software, and frontier tech. Our portfolio includes companies such as Space X, Databricks, Stripe, Anthropic, Figure AI, Cerebras (IPO), and Robinhood (IPO).
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support our growing global finance operations from India.
What You’ll Do Manage fund accounting : GLs, journals, financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Support US tax compliance (1065, K-1, coordination with auditors)
Handle Indian payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, payslips, filings)
Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian regulations
✅ What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in financial / fund accounting
Exposure to US taxation & VC fund accounting
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & statutory compliance
Experience with tools like Quick Books, Xero, or similar
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
