EnergyEase (a growing startup in Alcabideche) is looking for a 
Financial Administration + Admin Support
 hero/heroine to help us keep everything structured. The core is 
financial administration
: invoices, expenses, bank reconciliation in 
Zoho Books
, and being the contact person for our accountant. You'll also help with 
booking meetings
 and keeping follow-ups organized.

If you have experience in financial admin, you're organized, communicate strongly in 
Portuguese
 (basic English is enough), and you like working in a modern, digital way — message us

Hybrid setup: first months 
2x/week office
, afterwards 
1x/week
 (preferably Wednesday).
