Financia Group Australia is expanding and we are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to join our team remotely.

 

This role supports our property finance operations and requires strong accuracy, speed and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Data entry and management of client information

• Process property evaluations for residential properties

• Compile supporting documents and files for each application

• Prepare complete submission files for lender lodgements

• Coordinate with the team to ensure all documents meet compliance standards

• Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking sheets

• Review reports, valuations and contracts for completeness

• Liaise with clients via email when required

• Assist with administrative tasks to support finance brokers

• Follow checklists to ensure every file meets Financia Group's quality standard
