Administrative Coordinator, Finance
Salary: $65,000 per year
Location: Hamilton, ON (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Duties:
• Provide executive and Board-level administrative support including meeting coordination, reporting, and communications
• Support accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting assistance
• Coordinate office operations, facilities, and organizational administrative processes
• Act as a key communication liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives
Assets:
• 3–5 years of experience in an executive or senior administrative support role
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge with AP/AR experience
