Description

As a Financial Advisor within this independent platform, you will manage and grow your own book of business with full autonomy. You will advise clients on portfolio construction, long-term investment strategies, asset allocation, and financial planning needs. You set your own fee structure keeping 100% of your revenue while leveraging a modern investment platform with significantly lower client fees.

You may bring your existing clients without restrictions, regardless of book size. The firm can cover transition costs for smaller books and can financially acquire larger books when appropriate. Advisor benefit from freedom in product selection, advanced technology tools, and a flexible operating model. You can work from anywhere in Canada and design your schedule, workflow, and practice according to your own business philosophy.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor
• A portable book of business (any size is welcomed)
• Active licensing with IIROC/MFDA or relevant provincial regulators
• Strong client relationship and portfolio management skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long-term independence
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and a client-first approach
• Interest in improved technology, transparent fees, and operational flexibility
