**Financial Analyst Supervisor**
Cigna are excited to introduce a newly created position within the International Health Expense Management team. As the **IH Shared Services Senior Analyst** , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy across our IH Support Functions and UK Shared Services organisation. Reporting to the IH Expense Senior Manager, you’ll be at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis—driving insights that influence strategic decisions across global teams.
You will also act as the on-site leadership representative for the IH Expense Finance team within our Bengaluru office, providing guidance and support on local initiatives such as HR coordination, performance management, and team engagement. This will be a mix of direct line management and dotted line reporting, this role fosters a strong leadership presence, promoting collaboration, accountability, and alignment with broader team goals.
