Financial Analyst

**Position Summary**:
Serve as a key member of the Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems financial planning and analysis team providing analysis to drive performance and achieve business objectives for the new CoC/Product Group structure.
**Essential Functions**:
- Prepare and review monthly analysis of results (BS, P&L and Cash Flow Statement) to ensure the overall financials are properly reflected in management reports
- Analyze, identify and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely manner
- Provide structured and ad hoc reporting and support to various groups including, FP&A, business units, the Bendix Leadership Council and corporate headquarters
- Assist in identifying, evaluating and implementing process improvements as needed
- Preparation, coordination and review financial forecasts and various monthly presentation packages for management reviews
