Financial Analyst & Billing

Overview

The Billing & Financing Analyst is responsible for the accurate billing, collection, and reconciliation of insurance premiums while administering and executing premium financing arrangements with third-party finance companies. This role ensures compliance with insurer, regulatory, and trust accounting requirements while providing analytics and insights to support cash flow, operational efficiency, and brokerage profitability.

Core Responsibilities

Billing and Premium Invoicing

• Prepare and issue accurate premium invoices in accordance with binders, policies, endorsements, and insurer agreements.
• Ensure billing aligns with premium financing terms, payment schedules, and insurer remittance requirements.
• Process premium adjustments, resulting from endorsements, cancellations, audits, and policy changes.
