Role and Responsibilities
▪ Analyzing customer’s credit history, payment patterns, and other relevant information to determine the risk of default.
▪ Reviewing customer’s Credit Application and verifying it from Credit Bureau Agency, if required to check their credit worthiness
▪ Setting appropriate credit limits for each customer and establishing clear credit terms outlining payment deadlines.
▪ Making lockout decisions in case of over credit limit balances and identify if credit review is needed.
▪ Setting up the aging thresholds for the account basis their risk grade for payment.
▪ Working closely with the sales team to balance the need to extend credit to customers with the goal of maximizing cash flow and minimizing the bad debt risk. Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure that credit decisions support sales objectives while mitigating financial risk.
