We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to join our Finance team and partner closely with stakeholders. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data‑backed decision‑making as we scale.
What you will do- Support workforce planning and budgeting: Partner with Finance, People Operations and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Improve data accuracy and transparency: Reconcile HR data with financial systems, ensuring consistency across payroll, accruals, and reporting.
