Financial Analyst II

Mayvin is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) working from Alexandria, VA. Experience with Navy ERP and PBIS/POM process is required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities : Preparation of funding execution documents in Navy ERP Tracking and reporting program financial transactions from initiation to execution Provide financial status reports and assessments to identify program financial resources and evaluating obligation/expenditure status Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations Assist in the preparation/validation/consolidation of task planning sheets (TPS) within the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Assist in the reconciliation of financial transactions Assist in Navy ERP to include, but not limited, to work breakdown structure/project structure maintenance and cost-planning maintenance Assist with budget formulation and submission Assist in the preparation of various presentations, mid-year reviews, quarterly execution reviews, budget exhibits and briefings Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years relevant financial management experience within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) - support to similar commands may be considered High-level of proficiency with Navy ERP; particularly preparing funding documents Must be knowledgeable with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process with cost estimation, preparation and justification in all areas of DoD financial and program execution Experience managing OPNAV budgets submissions and updates Understand funding appropriations High-level of proficiency with MS Excel Preferred Qualifications : Detailed understanding of funding execution across all funding appropriations (i.e. Shipbuilding & Conversion, Navy (SCN), Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), Operations & Maintenance, Navy (OM&N), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Project Experience with Visio and Access About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace-it's a community built on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
