Job Description

We are seeing a highly analytic and detail oriented Financial Analyst to join Sphera. This role will play a critical part in understanding and optimizing our recurring revenue. You will partner closely with sales operations and accounting to provide visibility into customer behavior and revenue trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze upsell, cross-sell, churn, downsell, and renewal dynamics to generate actionable insights for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed ARR, retention, and renewals analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Perform in-depth churn and downsell tracking, including maintaining a database of loss reasons
  • Analyze retention and renewals performance across multiple categories includingIndustry verticalGeography/regionCustomer size
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using PowerBI to monitor ARR, retention, and renewals trends
  • Support renewals reporting including forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a financial analyst with a SaaS business with experience with ARR, retention, churn, and renewal metrics
  • Proven experience with Alteryx and PowerBI
  • Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
