Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor a financing portfolio and liaise with key stakeholders (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal, ALM, clients, lawyers).
  • Support deal execution prior to documentation signature, including technical and legal coordination.
  • Ensure KYC checks and customer base verification.
  • Extract and validate contract data and provide booking/accounting instructions (Risk & Accounting systems).
  • Follow-up on conditions precedent, drawdowns, renewals, early repayments, guarantees, and lifecycle events (amendments, acquisitions, shareholder changes).
  • Apply internal booking rules, sharing charters, and transfer pricing agreements.
  • Monitor profitability and liquidity costs in coordination with ALM.
