Financial Analyst

Overview

The Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s financial processes within NetSuite and Adaptive. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role leverages expertise in accounting principles and NetSuite and Adaptive functionalities to streamline accounting workflows and support finance strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date in Adaptive by ensuring that new accounts are mapped timely, integration logs and issues with NetSuite are reviewed and addressed/cleared timely.
• Maintain and update the reporting structure, elements and currencies in Adaptive and NetSuite.
• Assist with the monthly financial statement reporting by subsidiary, consolidations and review of the monthly results.
