Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial information, explaining budget variations and trends.
- Generate and review reports for plant staff, division, and corporate.
- Manage accounting records, plant expenses, and budget planning.
- Oversee scrap area, reconcile produced units, and assist with inventories.
- Conduct financial analysis for projects and support external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Analytical profile with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
- Skilled in financial reconciliation, variance analysis, budget and forecast preparation, coordination with maintenance and expense areas, and approvals.
