Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial information, explaining budget variations and trends.
  • Generate and review reports for plant staff, division, and corporate.
  • Manage accounting records, plant expenses, and budget planning.
  • Oversee scrap area, reconcile produced units, and assist with inventories.
  • Conduct financial analysis for projects and support external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Analytical profile with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
  • Skilled in financial reconciliation, variance analysis, budget and forecast preparation, coordination with maintenance and expense areas, and approvals.
