Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, this role coordinates administrative, personnel, and logistical support for departmental programs that are often large and complex in nature. The incumbent carries out established program objectives and directives, determines the best approach to accomplish assignments, and ensures compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position may also serve as a communication liaison, assist with planning special events, support grant and contract preparation and submission, and handle data management and financial tracking as needed.
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides technical financial support for an assigned organizational unit requiring fundamental knowledge of business math and bookkeeping processes.
