Financial Associate I

Purpose Statement: Provides support to all AMER manufacturing sites through the centralized Shared Services team. Responsible for the effective execution of the assigned Finance/ Accounting centralized process, goods and services in accordance with the quality, delivery and expectations to meet department/company objectives Key Job Accountabilities: - Prepare weekly and month end journal entries to ensure accurate account balances (as many as needed). - Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements. - Develop and execute reporting for site to use in the assessment of customer, factory, site or regional financial performance. Prepare reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of parts contribution and other material analysis. - Provide pricing support (BOM download and common component cost entry, entering valid assembly pricing and maintain component cost fields in ERP system) for effective and efficient production assembly pricing. -...
