Adfactors PR is looking for a seasoned Investor Relations (IR) professional with strong expertise in capital markets, financial communication, and public market readiness. This is an opportunity to work with India’s most respected communications firm and partner with marquee clients across sectors.
What You Will Drive
- Manage end-to-end Investor Relations mandates for listed and pre-IPO companies
- Coordinate earnings calls, quarterly and annual results communication, and results season planning
- Support management teams in preparing investor presentations, Q&A documents, press releases, and regulatory disclosures
- Lead equity story development, messaging, and market positioning
- Handle roadshows, investor meetings, and sell-side/buy-side interactions
