About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Consultant with a strong academic background in MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or CA Internship. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to support decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
Assist in audit activities and compliance requirements.
Conduct cost analysis, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / CA Intern (IPCC cleared).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
Good understanding of financial statements, tax basics, and compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally).
Exposure to audits, internal controls, or financial modelling.
Ability to prepare business case analysis and investment proposals.
