About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Consultant with a strong academic background in MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or CA Internship. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to support decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  

• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
  

• Assist in audit activities and compliance requirements.
  

• Conduct cost analysis, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments.
  

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial planning.
  

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / CA Intern (IPCC cleared).
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
  

• Good understanding of financial statements, tax basics, and compliance.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally).
  

• Exposure to audits, internal controls, or financial modelling.
  

• Ability to prepare business case analysis and investment proposals.
